B-OSON kraft paper bag machinery engineered for the Iraqi and broader Middle Eastern market — the CY-Series for V-bottom bags and the BSQ-Series for square-bottom bags.
B-OSON manufactures two principal families of kraft paper bag machinery: the CY-Series for V-bottom bags and the BSQ-Series for square-bottom bags. Each family is offered in multiple machine sizes and automation variants to match production scale, bag format, and budget.
CY-Series — V-Bottom Kraft Paper Bag Machines
The CY-Series produces classic V-bottom (satchel-bottom) kraft paper bags used for bakery, fast food, groceries, and general merchandise. Two machine sizes cover the full range of bag dimensions, each available in three automation variants.
Model 1
CY-400 — Entry-Level V-Bottom Machine
The CY-400 is the entry-level model in the CY-Series, suited to smaller bag formats and lower-volume production lines. It is ideal for established manufacturers adding capacity or new investors entering the market with a compact, cost-effective line.

Model 2
CY-650 — Mid-Range V-Bottom Machine
The CY-650 extends the cutting and width range to accommodate larger grocery and retail bags. It shares the same speed envelope as the CY-400 but handles wider paper rolls, making it the preferred choice for higher-mix operations.

Automation Variants (applies to both CY-400 and CY-650)
BSY — All Mechanic
The base configuration with manual jumbo-roll installation and a 4-kit (cylinder + pinion) system of the customer's choice. The most economical entry point; suitable for operations with available labor for roll changes.
BSD — Flexo Integrated
Adds an automatic break and an automatic pneumatic handling lift for the jumbo roll, reducing manual handling and changeover time. Flexo printing is integrated into the line.
BSS — All Automatic
The fully automatic configuration combining an automatic break, automatic pneumatic handling lift, and PLC control. Designed for continuous, high-utilization production with minimal operator intervention.
BSQ-Series — Square-Bottom Kraft Paper Bag Machines
The BSQ-Series produces square-bottom (block-bottom) kraft paper bags — the format preferred for supermarket shopping bags, food and grain packaging, and premium retail bags. The series is organized into three machine types (BSQ, BSQP, BSQH) across three sizes (290, 330, 460), with the BSQH additionally supporting handle attachment in straw, plastic, or paper.

BSQ — Square-Bottom Bag (No Printing)
The standard square-bottom bag machine without an integrated printing unit. The most cost-effective route into block-bottom bag production.

The BSQP integrates a flexo printing unit directly into the bag-making line, enabling single-pass production of printed square-bottom bags without a separate printing stage.

BSQH — Square-Bottom Bag with Handles
The flagship of the BSQ family. The BSQH attaches handles to square-bottom bags and requires two material rolls: one for kraft paper and a second for the handle material (paper, plastic, or rope/straw). Each model is available in a manual and an automatic configuration.
