The B-OSON BS-STLINE is a fully automatic inline casemaker that takes corrugated sheets in at one end and delivers printed, slotted, die-cut, folded, glued and strapped boxes at the other — six converting stages in one Siemens-controlled line. 4-color vacuum-transfer printing, servo-driven feeding and die-cutting, up to 300 pcs/min. Available in three widths: 922, 924 and 1224.

What Is the BS-STLINE?
A Fully Inline Corrugated Box Production Line
The B-OSON BS-STLINE is an FFG (flexo folder gluer) casemaker — a fully automatic inline line that feeds 3-ply (single-wall), 5-ply (double-wall) and 7-ply (triple-wall) corrugated sheets, prints up to four colors by flexography, slots and creases the box blank, rotary die-cuts shaped boxes, folds and glues them, and straps the finished bundle — replacing six separate converting machines with one synchronized, Siemens-controlled line.
How the Line works
Six Stages, One Continuous Pass
The BS-STLINE runs the full corrugated box conversion sequence in a single inline pass — from servo feeding through vacuum transfer printing, slotting, die-cutting, folder gluing to strapping.
Servo Lead-Edge Feeder
Rexroth (Germany) servo-driven, pressure-free lead-edge feeding systems put zero pressure on the board. Left and right baffles and paper tray adjust electrically with linear guide rails for feeding accuracy. Dust removal device and 23.5-inch industrial display monitor.
4-Color Vacuum Transfer Printing
Vacuum adsorption holds the board throughout transfer to prevent shifting and misregistration. Each unit has automatic ink washing, air gun cleaning, electric 360° phase adjustment, and auto anilox roller lift. Air gate adjusts suction area to cardboard size automatically.
Computerized Slotting
Multi-axis heavy structure (pre-creaser, creaser, slotter) slots, creases and pre-creases in one pass, stored with the order on a touch screen. Heat-treated alloy steel knives, automatic pressure-line gap adjustment.
Servo Rotary Die-Cutting
Servo rotary system with independent drive, electric 360° phase adjustment, speed-difference compensation tracking pad diameter, Maxdure (Taiwan) anvil cover, chip-blowing air duct with waste conveyor.
Servo Folder Gluer
Multiple servo motors control gluing and folding. KQ glue dispersion system with nozzle-type applicator, vacuum-assisted folding belts, independent bottom belt servo drive, pneumatic belt tension release, jam inspection, multi-servo counting and stacking collection.
Strapping
High-strength blade (hardness 65), strapping force 0–45 kg, hot-melt bottom bonding (≥90% surface), AC380V 50/60 Hz, minimum package 80×60 mm.
