Flexo Printer Slotter Die Cutter
for Corrugated Boxes
The B-OSON BS-ST is a full automatic vacuum transfer servo feeder printer slotter die cutter that combines in one line: servo-driven lead-edge feeding, vacuum transfer flexo printing, computerized slotting, and servo rotary die cutting. Precision in every piece — corrugated box conversion, presented the right way.
What Is the BS-ST?
An All-in-One Corrugated Box Printing Machine
The B-OSON BS-ST is an automatic vacuum transfer flexo printer slotter die cutter for corrugated cardboard. In a single in-line machine it feeds single-wall (3-ply) corrugated sheets, prints up to four colors by flexography, slots and creases the box blank, and rotary die-cuts shaped boxes — replacing multiple separate converting machines with one synchronized, PLC-controlled line.
All-in-One Process
Feeding, Printing, Slotting & Die Cutting in One Line
The BS-ST runs the full corrugated box conversion sequence in a single pass — from servo feeding through vacuum transfer flexo printing, slotting and creasing, to servo rotary die cutting.
Servo Feeding Unit
Lead-edge feeding for stable sheet entry, with vacuum-assisted sheet handling for accuracy on corrugated board. Controlled feeding pressure protects board integrity.
Vacuum Transfer Flexo Printing
4-color flexographic printing (CMYK). Vacuum transfer feeds the cardboard smoothly and precisely through the whole process, improving print accuracy and registration.
Slotting & Creasing
Computerized slotting and creasing for box-forming accuracy. PLC-guided movement of knives and slotting holders, with touch-screen phase and gap adjustment for faster setup.
Rotary Die Cutting
Servo rotary die cutting with phase control for repeatable shaped production on corrugated sheets. Supports custom cylindrical die tooling for shaped boxes, not only straight-line cutting.
Key Features
Engineered for Print Accuracy and Box Quality
Every station is designed to protect the board and keep registration true — from vacuum feeding to servo die cutting.
Vacuum Transfer Feeding Precision
Vacuum suction feeds the board smoothly and precisely through the whole process, improving print accuracy on corrugated sheets.
PLC & Touch-Screen Adjustments
Full PLC control with a color touch screen — simple, intuitive setup of phase, gap and plate position.
Automatic Plate Repositioning
Automatic repositioning after washing the printing plate during the printing process keeps registration true without manual reset.
±5 mm Plate Roller Traverse
Printing plate roller traverse adjusted by PLC, movement range ±5 mm, for fine print alignment.
Customizable Anilox Rollers
Anilox rollers available in 60° hexagon, ART, Cobra and Line cell patterns to match ink-transfer needs.
Servo Rotary Die Cutting
Servo-driven rotary die cutting with phase control for repeatable shaped production on corrugated sheets.
Board Protection
Controlled feeding pressure and vacuum handling protect corrugated board integrity through every station.
European Electrical Components
Schneider and Siemens electrical components for stable performance, reliability and long-term durability.
Flexo Printing Explained
How Vacuum Transfer Flexo Printing Works
Flexographic printing is relief printing with flexible plates mounted on rotating cylinders. Ink is metered by the anilox roller, transferred to the plate, then applied to the corrugated sheet. Vacuum transfer feeds the cardboard smoothly and precisely through the whole process, improving print accuracy and color registration.
The gap between the vacuum cabinet and printing roller is adjusted via PLC and touch screen. The printing plate roller traverse is PLC-controlled with a movement range of ±5 mm, and the machine repositions automatically after washing the printing plate.
- Printing plate thickness (plus cushion): 4.8–7.2 mm
- Standard printing thickness: 1.5–12 mm
- Automatic pneumatic lifting gear working with the feeding system
- Customizable anilox rollers (60° hexagon, ART, Cobra, Line)
Anilox Roller Cell Patterns
60° Hexagon
Standard cell geometry for balanced ink transfer.
ART Pattern
Optimized ink film for fine highlights.
Cobra Pattern
High ink carrying capacity for solid coverage.
Line Pattern
Even linear ink metering for consistent solids.
Corrugated Board & Flute Compatibility
Single-Wall (3-Ply) Board, A/B/C/E Flutes
The BS-ST works with single-wall corrugated sheets (3-ply: one fluted medium between two linerboards) — the standard format for shipping cartons, printed transport boxes and many die-cut corrugated packs. Maximum board thickness: 13 mm. Supported printing paper types: A, B, C, E, A/B, B/C and A/B/C flute (maximum gap 13 mm).
