How It Works
From Kraft Roll to Finished Bag
Every B-OSON kraft paper bag machine follows the same core sequence — roll feeding, optional flexo printing, bag forming and gluing, optional handle attachment, and counting and stacking.
Paper Roll Feeding
Kraft paper rolls feed into the machine via a mill roll stand; the web width is calculated from the bag width, gusset and glue joint.
Flexo Printing (where equipped)
On BSQP models, an inline flexo unit prints up to 2 colors (optionally 4) on the bag web before forming.
Bag Forming & Gluing
The web is folded, glued and cut to length — V-bottom (CY) or square-bottom (BSQ/BSQP/BSQH) — to form the bag body.
Handle Attachment (BSQH)
On BSQH models, a dual-roll system attaches straw, plastic or paper rope handles inline with the bag body.
Counting & Stacking
Finished bags are counted and stacked for packing — ready for shipment to your customers.

All B-OSON kraft paper bag machines are built-to-order, on-site tested before shipment, and backed by a 1-year warranty on defective spare parts. Terms are consistent across the full range.

TT 30% deposit to begin manufacturing; 70% balance before shipping clearance
